Welcome to our modern 25 sq.m. cabin with garden view in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our village is surrounded by lush forests, beautiful lakes, and is one of the best places for outdoor activities. Enjoy a relaxing getaway, a peaceful stop on your way, or explore the tranquil nature. Singles, friends, childless couples, or business travelers are welcome! The cottage features a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a washing machine, AC, 2 parking lots, free coffee, and unlimited WiFi. The space Our tiny home 'Aspedala' - the aspen valley house, is a traditional Swedish cottage made of wood and painted in red with white trim. It is a free-standing house besides our main building with a separate and private entrance and two free private parking spaces in front, located in a residential area (quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am). Note that our main building has a separate parking lot with separate walkway to its entrance on the other side of our property, meaning you enjoy a fully self-contained guest experience, allowing you to come and go at your leisure with complete independence. The guesthouse with its backyard and parking lot is entirely yours to enjoy undisturbed. The indoors of the cabin is bright and cozy, with the living, dining, and sleeping quarters in one large vaulted ceiling room, besides a separate kitchen and private bathroom. The cottage has heating and air conditioning, hot water, and a washing machine. We try to be as thoughtful as possible in preparing the space to accommodate you. You have the choice between two single beds or one king-size bed. A day bed can be used as a sofa at day, and as bed for the 3rd and 4th guest (pull-out width of 160 cm) - let us know beforehand, and we can arrange it for you. There is no TV in the guesthouse to distract you from the beauty of nature and "getting away from it all." The kitchenette features a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an airfryer, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, fridge/freezer, a generous sink, and an induction cooker. Outside, you'll find a spacious deck wrapping around the guesthouse on two sides, linking the house to your own private lawn embedded between flower beds. In the warmer months, the deck is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or tea, and that novel you have been meaning to finish. Relax and soak up the sun at the outdoor lounge or enjoy a meal al fresco while taking in the tranquil setting. We have provided a "starter pack" of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner), basic amenities (fresh towels, clean sheets, a pillow menu, slippers), pantry items (salt & pepper, oil & vinegar, coffee & tea), and cleaning products for our guests, which should get you through the first couple of days of your stay. After that, however, guests are expected to supply their own, which can be purchased in the near town of Finspång. To make your stay more convenient, we provide two towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washing machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can be provided upon request prior to check-in. This is a non-smoking environment: No smoking on premises! Please refrain from smoking inside the home: Any evidence of a smoking device used will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Guest access The guesthouse and its parking driveway are exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Enjoy the sun, having breakfast or lounge on your own deck. Your deck extends to the backyard with flower beds, shrubs, apple trees, and lawn. Upon request, mountain and road bicycles are available to borrow (please bring your own helmets), just text us. Self-check-in entry with unique door code for every guest, sent per Airbnb app chat one day prior to arrival. Check-in time is any time after 2 pm. Please message or communicate with us if you are going to arrive earlier, and we may be able to accommodate you (additional fee of 100kr/h may occur). Check out is 11.00 am. Late check-outs must be approved by us and are not always possible (additional fee of 100kr/h may occur). Please leave our home as neat and clean as you would leave a friend’s house. Please strip the bed(s) and leave all used linens and towels next to the entrance door. Other things to note Due to hygienic and fire hazard reasons (all houses are made of wood), we can not host smokers. Our whole property, inside the house and out in the garden, is a non-smoking environment. Any evidence of a smoking device used will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning as described in our detailed house rules. Due to the uniqueness of the space, pets are not allowed due to safety considerations. While families are welcome, please be advised that our home is designed with an adult aesthetic and lacks child-friendly amenities like cribs, high chairs, or safety gates. The space has not been child-proofed, so parents assume full responsibility for safety during their stay. Out of caution for guest safety, the home is only recommended for adults and older teenagers. If you have nut allergy, food intolerances, or allergies, please do not book my accommodation but find somewhere else to stay that suits your specialist dietary needs or personal needs as my accommodation will not suit you. Mosquitoes are found throughout Sweden. The number of mosquitoes varies from year to year, depending on the rainfall. This property has a front door that opens to the outside. Please don’t leave the door open for an extended period of time if you don’t want bugs flying in. One window is equipped with a mosquito net. This unit is located in a usually quiet residential area. The neighbors have kids, and they can be heard when they play outside. We own an sweet, old Husky lady - she has her own fenced yard, separated from the guesthouse area, and she usually doesn't bark. Outdoor surveillance: For guest and property protection, 3 exterior security cameras record audio and video 24/7/365 upon motion detected. One is located at steps to upper main building, pointing to the guesthouse parking driveway. One is located at the north wall of the main building's sunroom, pointing to the backyard. At the main house entrance is a doorbell camera. Recordings stay private and may be used for liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and compliance with policies. No surveillance is located inside the guesthouse.
