The perfect mix of relaxation and adventure await you at this Weeki Wachee River Spring 2 level house, directly on the crystal clear water MAIN RIVER (not on a canal). Upper level has 2 beds, 2 baths, lower level is a full in-law suite with 1 bed, 1 bath, both have open concept living rooms and kitchens with panoramic view of the river from screened in porches. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. The space Gated parking, ground level in-law suite with one bedroom one bathroom with screened in patio, upper level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with upper level screened in patio. Large yard and mature trees with private kayak launch directly on the main river, located 1.5 miles up stream from Rogers Park, one mile up stream from Hospital Hole (another spring located on the river), and 4 miles down stream from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. Passers by tell us we have the best spot on the river! Guest access Private kayak launch directly on the main river in the back yard, patio overlooking main river and large yard. You are always welcome to bring your own vessel, plenty of parking for a trailer. Boat launch at Rogers Park 1.5 miles away by water. Other things to note NO SMOKING, NO PETS. We only allow 6 guests and no visitors on our property at any time. This includes access from the waterfront. Early check in and late check out are available upon request at $50 per hour, dependent on availability and other guest bookings. Air conditioning is set at 72 degrees. AC temperature cannot be adjusted any LOWER due to AC unit limitations. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. NO CURRY COOKING or SEAFOOD COOKING ALLOWED INSIDE HOME. The entire space is yours to enjoy plus your 2 private patios just outside the open concept living rooms and kitchens.
