From the cozy sofa landscape and also from the chic seating area you have a view of the TV, which can be quite practical. But if you are honest, it is still most beautiful outside in the fresh air: the spacious terrace invites you to linger comfortably. End the evening here with good conversations. A barbecue provides a culinary change. The modern kitchen with dishwasher is well equipped and integrated into the living area. You will surely dream wonderfully in the two bedrooms. One room has a box spring bed (2x 90x200 cm) with a continuous topper, the second has 2 single box spring beds (each 90x200 cm) – in both bedrooms there is a TV. The spacious bathroom with sauna and whirlpool tub offers warmth and relaxation even on colder days. There is also a guest toilet and a small storage room with a washing machine. A comfortable plus is the passenger elevator in the house. For the little ones there is a high chair, a travel cot and a foldable handcart. An underground parking space is reserved for you (clearance height max. 2 m, steep entrance, unsuitable for e.g. VW bus or similar). E-bikes can be stored and charged in a storage room in the basement. Wi-Fi is of course available. Want to take your dog on vacation? One dog is allowed to travel with you for an extra charge.
