The house is very comfortable, consisting of 7 or 8 bedrooms depending on the requests (including one in the guest house) and can accommodate up to 25 people maximum on request. The house has a 12 m x 5.5 m swimming pool, a large Napoleon outdoor gas barbecue and several landscaped outdoor spaces (terrace with large table, reading corner in the garden, sunset aperitif corner on the side of the pond, etc.). The living room is very comfortable with 3 universes, the first with 3 large sofas facing a huge Corten steel fireplace made by an architect, on the other side a second seating area with film projection and in the center a raw wooden table that can accommodate up to 12 people with the possibility of adding another table for large groups with a maximum of 17/18 seats. In the morning, in just 10 minutes on foot, you can pick up the chocolate bread in the village via the small forest path. The village is 2 minutes away by car, you will find a bakery, two butchers/delicatessens, a tobacco shop, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a recycling center and the post office. A wide variety of activities are available to you in the property: Swimming pool, French billiards, Table tennis, Chess, Board games, Video projector to watch movies, Stargazing with the telescope, walks in the forest, small fishing in the pond (provide your equipment) The area is renowned for fishing, golf and hiking. You can access the Golf de Chaumont-en-Vexin (18 holes) within the Château de Bertichères 25 minutes by car, the Golf de Rebetz (18 holes) is also nearby. Many hiking, horseback riding and biking trails are accessible from the house thanks to direct access to the woods. The greenway also crosses the village allowing you to reach the sea in 4.5 hours by bike. Beauvais train station is only 20 min by car, the airport is 25 min away. The nearest railway station is Herchies, 15 minutes away by car. The house is fully equipped and comfortable to spend warm moments with friends and/or family. It's waiting just for you! Notes: - The swimming pool can be heated to 25/26 degrees on request for an amount of 30 euros per day in addition to the rental fee, to be paid in cash on the day of arrival at the premises. - Babysitting available on request - In-home chef opportunities on request - Only the people included in the reservation will be able to access the accommodation. The accommodation can accommodate 22-25 people but the rooms are open on a basis of 2 people per room. If you book for 10 people, 5 rooms will be open. For 12 guests, 6 rooms will be open etc... The other rooms will not be accessible. If you book for 10 and some people in the group want a single room, you will need to specify this when requesting and pay a surcharge. Other things to note Please note that when booking for a certain number of people, only the people included in the reservation are allowed to be in the house (inside/outside). The house is not "open" to other people. If you have any specific requests, please let us know and we will be happy to find solutions. Pets can be accepted but upon request. In the treehouse suite, please note that there is a beam separating the room and in this suite there is a roof window without a blind, but all the other skylights in this room have blinds. Regarding the outdoor land, please stop noise nuisances from 11 p.m. Smokers may smoke outside only if they throw their butts in the ashtrays Rental requests are strictly limited to the number of people indicated in the booking. Indeed, the rooms (on a basis of two people per room, knowing that some of our rooms are twinable and one of them can accommodate 3 people or 5 depending on the layout) will be prepared and made available according to the number of tenants. The other rooms will not be accessible. Please let us know if you have any specific requests. As the pool is saltwater, it is possible that in the event of a strong storm it will turn green even if it is clean. Thunderstorms sometimes create this chemical reaction for which we can do nothing. It usually clears up in the days after the storm. All damaged, broken or deteriorated dishes, furniture and decorations must either be replaced by something equivalent or refunded at their purchase value.
