"Les nichoirs" Cosy 4* gîte in Ussy, Normandy

Want to visit Normandy for your next vacation? Our cottage Les Nichoirs is conveniently located between Swiss Normandy, the Cliff Country, Caen and the landing beaches. A warm atmosphere, a selected decor, and a lot of comfort will welcome you in a real cozy little nest and have a great stay. Guests will enjoy a large private garden of 2000 m² for a break by the stream (5 to 8 cm of water) under our majestic willow. The space Welcome to 'Les Nichoirs' Gîte and Cottage Four-star**** furnished tourist accommodation We would be delighted to welcome you to our 60 m² single-storey gîte. Comprising a private entrance on the ground floor, which provides access to the living areas via A STAIRCASE. You will enjoy a lovely terrace with a wooden pergola and a view of a 2,000 m² private garden. (Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the staircase) The gite has: 1 large room room/living room with open kitchen The kitchen is equipped with: an oven and an induction hob (new), a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer (new). Starter kit: Oil/Vinegar. Salt/pepper. 1 roll of toilet paper. 2 dishwasher tablets. 1 sponge and 1 tea towel 1 master bedroom (1 160×200 cm bed) New Emma bedding 1 small bedroom (2 single 90×190 cm beds) New Emma bedding 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet 1 wooden terrace on the garden level (south/west), a wooden pergola (2026), and a table and chairs for meals. 1 barbecue (to be cleaned after each use) Garden deckchairs by the stream (5–8 cm of water) A laundry room with 1 washing machine and 1 ironing board. Baby equipment including a travel cot with mattress, a high chair, a baby bath, a changing mat and crockery. Household linen (sheets and towels) is provided and the beds are made on your arrival. Ping pong table A lovely little wooden playhouse for children, complete with outdoor toys. We trust our guests to behave respectfully both in the accommodation and on the property. Your pet must be kept on a lead outdoors, but you can enjoy our lawn area freely from 3:00 pm. The cottage has a pellet stove, we put the bags of pellets at your disposal.
