Want to visit Normandy for your next vacation? Our cottage Les Nichoirs is conveniently located between Swiss Normandy, the Cliff Country, Caen and the landing beaches. A warm atmosphere, a selected decor, and a lot of comfort will welcome you in a real cozy little nest and have a great stay. Guests will enjoy a large private garden of 2000 m² for a break by the stream (5 to 8 cm of water) under our majestic willow. Consists of a private entrance on the ground floor, providing access to the living areas via A STAIRCASE. You will enjoy a beautiful terrace with a wooden pergola overlooking a 2,000 m² private garden. (Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the stairs) The gite has: 1 large room room/living room with open kitchen The kitchen is equipped: oven and induction cooktop (new) dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer (new) Starter kit: Oil/Vinegar. Salt/pepper. 1 roll of toilet paper. 2 Dishwasher tablets. 1 sponge and 1 dish towel 1 master bedroom (1 bed 160x200) New Emma bedding 1 small bedroom (2 beds 90x190) New Emma bedding 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet 1 wooden terrace on the garden level (south/west), a wooden pergola (2026), table and chairs for dining. 1 barbecue (cleaning after each use) Garden chairs near the stream (5 to 8 cm of water) A laundry room with 1 washing machine and 1 ironing board. Baby equipment with a travel crib with mattress, high chair, bathtub, changing mat and dishes. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival. We trust our guests to show respect both in the accommodation and on the property. Your pet must be kept on a leash outside, but you are welcome to use our 3-hectare pasture area freely. The cottage has a pellet stove, we put the bags of pellets at your disposal.
