Mare Baltica: Arrive, breathe deeply and relax

Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 square meters) with all comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee. The space Our apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. The living room has a cozy couch and two armchairs as well as a separate spacious dining area. A smart TV is available. There is no private workspace, but you can work well at the large dining table if necessary. Fast WiFi is available in the entire apartment. The open kitchen is fully equipped with: stove with glass-ceramic hob/extractor, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, French press, espresso cooker, kettle, toaster, plenty of cooking pots, dishes, cutlery and glasses. On the private terrace, there is a dining table with matching chairs for al fresco dining, as well as comfortable lounge furniture for relaxing. Sun loungers are provided. The awning provides protection from the sun if needed. In the separate bedroom there is a freshly made, comfortable queen size box spring bed (160 x 200 cm) and ensures a good night's sleep. The dressing room is equipped with sufficient hangers and a mirror and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a large, floor-level shower with glass door, a large sink with a high mirror and a small outside window. A hair dryer is available. We provide a bath towel, a shower towel and a hand towel for each guest. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. Dish towels, dishwashing liquid/dishwasher tablets, washing machine and washing powder are provided. Guest access In the residential complex there is an indoor swimming pool (information on the Internet if you enter 'panoramic swimming pool'), a tennis court, a ping-pong table and a bowling alley. Other things to note The municipality of Sierksdorf charges a mandatory daily tourist tax for each person, which is not included in the price. We are obliged to collect this tax from our guests and forward it to the municipality of Sierksdorf. The tax is €1.55/person/day in the low season and €3.10/person/day in the high season. We ask that you transfer the amount to us in advance. For more information, we will contact you before your arrival.
