Apartment in Ocean City

Our condo is well maintained, clean, and cozy; perfect for two couples, group of friends, or families with kids. It is located on the 2nd floor of Golden Gates Condominium complex at 502 Bayshore Drive, Ocean City, MD (between 26th and 28th street/ bay side). We have a wonderful outdoor pool (subject to COVID-19 restrictions) and free parking. Please see "Condo rules" for more details. Beach, amusement park, restaurants, karaoke bar, 7-Eleven, , bus stop are all in short walking distance. The space Our condo is clean and cozy - a perfect gateway for family and friends. We have private deck with sitting area facing the pool, nice spot to relax and enjoy your vacation time. We offer Queen bed in first bedroom, Bunk bed (Full/Full) in second bedroom, and two Queen size pull out couches in the living room area. Condo has been renovated in 2019. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the bedroom closets. We provide three (3) sets of bed-sheets and six (6) large towels, extra bed-sheets and extra towels have to be supplied by the guest. We are one of few units with washer and dryer. You can find variety of beach inventory in the bedroom window closet (beach chairs, boogie boards, beach blanket, foam noodles, sand toys, umbrella, etc). We have smart TV in the living room with basic cable (125+ channels) and WIFI. There are basic kitchen supplies including dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee and tea also available for our guests. If you need anything specific prior to your stay feel free to send a request and we will try to do our best to accommodate your needs. Guest access You can park only one car on any one of the corner parking lots with the permit displayed on the front. Second car can be parked on large parking lot behind building 1 with parking permit displayed also. Guests need to check in with the Summer Manager and to pick up their parking permits at the time of arrival. All other vehicles can be parked along the street free of charge. Other things to note Guests have to be 21 years or older to rent our unit and are required to provide electronic copy of Federal Issued ID to prove their identity prior to check-in. If you are under 21 your parents will have to make reservation for you and guarantee your stay. Registration details 0075237
