Sugar Cookie Cabin is a 3 bedroom cabin that sleeps 10 comfortably. 20 acres of beautiful Arkansas trees and trails to walk, private paved drive with full hook up campsight available for a extra fee. Many things to do to keep kids busy outside because if kids are bored parents can’t enjoy themselves, I know I have 6 kids!! Log cabin on 20 hidden wildlife friendly acres, modern/vintage mixed atmosphere. The cabin will be fully decorated inside and out top uto bottom so if you think your kids will have a hard time being around lots of decoration this may be stressful for your stay, I have only had one person complain but since that I feel compelled to tell you if your kids cant keep from getting into things when told not to etc this place may not be the right fit for your getaway. I will say I have 6 kids and birthday parties there and have never had trouble but just want to mention it so I don't get a complaint that I didn't say it is fully decorated at all times. Also if there is lawn mowing, weed eating, pool maintenance, or watering plants to be done, it may be done during your stay just like campsights or hotels do, this just has to be done when its needed not when its convenient for guests.(I have had a complant about it being awkward that weed eating was done while somebody was occupying the cabin) silly to mention it probably but need to addresss this so its not a issue when I maintain the cabin lol. Seating for 22 people inside to eat at tables and islands, pool with childproof locks, nice lounge chairs that can lay flat for sunbathing, I buy mats to float on and they get popped and then somebody may leave 1 0r 2 so its very random what is there to play with or on in the pool, just please take all things out of pool when not in use or the filter/skimmer cannot clean the pool, screened in porch with tv, outside firepit(common sense if its dry and no rain, NO FIRE!) swings, merry go round, and teeter totter, playhouse, tree swing, basketball, 4 square, ping pong, golf grass like trails to walk, couple big and small bikes, corn hole, horseshoes, movie watching along with WiFi, 4 televisions in the cabin. kitchen ready to be cooked in, just add food something for ALL ages at Sugar Cookie Cabin! Please leave the place as much like you found it, I deep clean all myself and don't charge a cleaning fee so I do expect things to be wiped off and out...refrigerator, oven, microwave wiped out, dishes done and put away if possible before checkout, broom run over the floor, table tops wiped off, and grill brushed if used it. NO LOOSE TRASH IN THE BIN OUTSIDE, I WILL COME BY AND PULL BAGS OUT OF BIN. AND NO SMOKING IN CABIN, GARAGE OR INSIDE SCREENED PORCH! IM SURE SORRY I HAVE TO SOUND SO PICKY BECAUSE IM REALLY NOT, THIS IS ALL JUST COMMON SENSE AND RESPECT BUT I HAVE TO ADDRESS THESE THINGS BECAUSE THESE THINGS HAVE ACTULLY BEEN ISSUES WITH SOME PEOPLE WHO JUST DONT...………..YA KNOW ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE MESSAGE ME! OWNER/HOST WENDY I’ll be very available if you need anything and there will be yardwork, pool maintenance, watering etc done during your stay if needed. Mother Nature calls folks! Neighbors are awesome but not close enough to converse with, this cabin is a hidden gem most people have no idea is tucked back on such a private piece of land We are hop skip and jump from buffalo national river, Branson Mo, Eureka ark, White River National park, and the Sugar Cookie Cabin also has one camp spot with full hook up. And supplies are mostly available 5 miles from cabin I FEEL LIKE I HAVE A FUNNY LISTING HERE BUT HAD TO ADDRESS SILLY THINGS THAT I DID SO THEY ARENT A ISSUE IN THE FUTURE. IM SUPER EASY TO GET ALONG WITH AND JUST 10 MINUTES AWAY IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, I WILL GIVE YOU AS MUCH PRIVACY AS I POSSIBLY CAN WITHOUT MY YARD LOOKING LIKE A JUNGLE, POOL TURNING GREEN, OR PLANTS DYING! I JUST ASK THAT YOU TAKE CARE OF THE PLACE AND EVERYTHING IN IT. PLEASE DONT TURN HEAT OR AIR UP OR DOWN BEYOND REASON AND LEAVE DOORS OPEN! IT HAPPENS LOL I HAVE TO MENTION IT UNFORTUNATELY!
