This luxurious and spacious vacation rental for 2 people in Stokkum is fully equipped. The house is located directly on the quiet edge of the Montferland woods. In this beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking (Pieterpad), cycling, and mountain biking, you will completely relax. In the area, there are nice places, restaurants and terraces. The price per night includes bedding, towels and tourist tax. The space The house consists of two floors. The entire house downstairs has underfloor heating. Downstairs is a private entrance, a living room with separate kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink with washing machine. Right next to the bathroom is a small bedroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, combi microwave/oven, extractor hood and induction cooktop. The living room has a sitting area with TV (Netflix) and radio and a dining area with 4 chairs. There is free internet WiFi and wired. The bedroom is located on the second floor. This bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands, two chairs with a wardrobe. Other things to note. A maximum of one small dog is allowed in consultation. For this, €10.00 per night will be charged. We do assume that you will not leave your dog alone in the house, and of course he/she is not allowed on the bed or the sofa! A Legal Liability Insurance is a condition. Guest access Outside, you have free access to a terrace, which is equipped with its own garden set. Behind the garage, there is the possibility to store bicycles under cover. There is a parking space on private property for your car.
