Charming home Landerswal at the edge of the forest

This luxurious and spacious holiday home for 2 people in Stokkum has all the comforts. The house is located directly on the quiet forest edge of the Montferland forests. In this beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking (Pieterpad), cycling, and mountain biking, you will completely relax. In the area there are nice places, restaurants and terraces. The price per night includes linen, towels, and occupancy taxes. The space The property is on two floors. The entire house downstairs has underfloor heating. Downstairs is a private entrance, a living room with separate kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink with washing machine. Right next to the bathroom is a small bedroom. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, combi microwave/oven, extractor and induction hob. The living area has a sitting area with TV (Netflix) and radio and a dining area with 4 chairs. There is free internet wifi and wired. The bedroom is on the first floor. This bedroom features a double bed, two bedside tables, two chairs with a wardrobe. Other things to note. A maximum of one small dog is allowed in consultation. You will be charged €10.00 per night for that. We do assume that you do not leave your dog alone in the house and of course he/she is not allowed on the bed or sofa! Legal liability insurance is a prerequisite. Guest access Outside you have free access to a terrace, which is equipped with a private garden set. Behind the garage is the possibility to store covered bicycles. There is a private parking space for your car.
