Our vacation home consists of 5 units, slightly different from each other, each with an independent entrance, an area for eating outside (exclusive use), and a parking space. Each apartment is independent and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home! Large shared garden with swimming pool and barbecue area. Very suitable for families even with very young children, groups of friends or elderly people. Perfect for those looking for a quiet place close to the sea. The space Apartment C is part of our holiday home, on the ground floor of the main building. It is a three-room apartment with kitchen, living room, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 single beds. (possibility of sleeping 5 on request), bathroom with shower and washing machine. External veranda for exclusive use for outdoor dining. Suitable for families or groups of friends ... Fully furnished and equipped with all comforts. Our guests will find satellite TV, microwave, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board ... and beach umbrella! Free linen. Cleaning products (detergents, detergents, etc.) are not provided. Guest access Each unit has a private area for outdoor dining with garden furniture and a reserved parking space in our courtyard. The garden is large and fenced with a play area for children and an area equipped for grilling, with a picnic area in the gazebo + veranda (shared services, free upon reservation). Swimming pool with panoramic terrace (overlooking the sea and the hills) and large solarium for relaxing and sunbathing. It is reserved exclusively for our guests, completely fenced for greater safety. Slightly salty water, no chlorine smell! For small children a cot with linen and seat / table adapter is available free of charge.
