Welcome to the apartment "Zum Biberbau" in the old town of Boizenburg/Elbe The space Idyllically located in the historic district of Altendorf, right on the Elbe bike path, this traditional-modern apartment impresses with its cozy ambience and its absolute dream location in front of the Fitzenteich. The quiet atmosphere right next to the Elbtalaue nature reserve invites you to relax. Here you can watch beavers, swans, storks, as well as a great biodiversity right in front of the house. Dike and harbor are within walking distance, as are the old ramparts and the old town with various restaurants, cafes and shops. Boizenburg offers a variety of leisure activities, including a home museum, the first German tile museum, a nature adventure pool, the charming old town cinema, harbor, hiking routes in the biosphere reserve, as well as the historic old town. The exclusive 80 m² old building apartment has its own entrance, has been completely renovated and is located on two floors in an old brick house. You have a cozy living room with fireplace, a separate dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a small bathroom with shower and three bedrooms for maximum living comfort. High ceilings, quaint wooden floors, and bright spaces connect the classic old belly arms with modern elements and invite you to linger in. Bed linens, towels, free WiFi, bike racks and a car parking space are available. A small, furnished outdoor area is at your disposal from March to September. The apartment "Zum Biberbau" is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are welcome. The keys are handed over personally on site, individual arrival and departure requests are of course possible.
