You’ll love my sweet cottage for its cozy interior, beautiful yard, and quiet, historic neighborhood. This house is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The location of the cottage is ideal for its walkable distance to downtown Sandpoint, Memorial Field (home of the Festival at Sandpoint) and best of all, it's a short walk to the shore of Lake Pend Oreille. With high quality amenities, including air conditioning, your stay here will be comfortable. This small home is older (built in 1930). I expect guests to treat all aspects of my property with respect and care. There is a firm limit of 4 persons - including children. TV is capable of streaming with a device and HDMI cord. Whole house and fenced, private backyard. Boat Lift available next door for additional fee (to be determined) based upon length of stay. My husband and I live directly next door to the cottage. The neighborhood is historic and quite possibly the quietest street in town due to it being a one way street. You will be just a short walk to the public 3rd Street Dock if you want to swim or launch a paddle board or kayak. A 30 minute drive gets you to the top of Schweitzer Mountain for winter recreation.
