You reach easily both the beaches, the promenade or the village just by walking a few steps. Although the range of activities the area has a wide range of possibilities, you will certainly appreciate the home to enjoy their time and relax. We find beautiful outdoor spaces like the Garden, provided with a good expanse of lawn, a pool, a peaceful porch and picnic tables outside and enjoy the weather in summer. It also has barbecue and hammocks in the pool sides. The property has a spacious and cozy lounge with dining also has satellite TV, internet, a PlayStation to watch movies or play and a fireplace. There are two three seater sofas and an armchair, perfect for relaxing in holidays. The one in the first floor has a double bed with access to a terrace. The second also has a double bed, no access to terrace but if it has suite bath, toilet and bidet. The third has two single beds. The island of Mallorca is a natural paradise and enjoys multiple protected areas of which the National Park of Cabrera, the Natural Park of Dragonera, the Natural Park of S'Albufera and the Natural Park of Mondragó stand out. Being a natural island, this also includes its flora and fauna. Therefore in summer it is normal to find mosquitoes, bees, ants, wasps, spiders and any kind of insects that live in these types of habitats. And in the warmer months these types of insects are even more frequent. Keep in mind that if you rent a house in Mallorca it is very likely to find these inhabitants of nature and you have to understand that they are part of the environment.
