Enjoy peace and privacy in a stylish open plan interior. Purpose built, modern and super-insulated Keeper's Lodge keeps you cosy warm in winter and cool and comfortable in summer. Tastefully finished to the highest standard and offering modern and user friendly facilities throughout, we have incorporated everything you need to make your holiday as comfortable and enjoyable as it should be. Enjoy a welcome pack of high quality tea and coffee and cupboard/fridge basics to get you started plus a generous selection of freshly made cakes and biscuits. If you are bringing your dog he/she will be equally well catered for. It is obvious we have a soft spot for our four legged guests. A holiday dog bed, complimentary treats and a secure garden await. It is as much their holiday as it is yours! (maximum two small dogs or one medium/large no bigger than a Labrador) Should you require any specific provisions, celebratory champagne or need to personalise your visit in some way we are very happy to discuss this with you prior to your visit (additional charges may apply). This guarantees consistency to the highest standard, hard to find in any chain hotel. With hard floors throughout and the strictest of cleaning regimes we are able to present every guest with an apartment that is loved, clean and fresh. We are on hand 24/7 to answer any questions or advise/direct you during your stay. Your booking includes one free parking space (any parking required for additional vehicles must be agreed prior to arrival ) Electric gates provide added security. The apartment has easy to control under floor heating. A beautiful Victorian king size bed and generous walk in shower. A well equipped modern kitchen with electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, fine china dinner service and even a slow cooker. Enjoy high thread count cotton bed linen and ample towels, free Wi-Fi and modern flat screen Free-sat smart TV (150 channels). This is the ideal place to enjoy a special occasion or a trip to the world renown Goodwood Estate for 'The Festival of Speed ','The Goodwood Revival' or the many horse racing events. Other popular nearby attractions include Chichester Festival Theatre, Cowdray Polo, The Weald and Downland Living Museum, West Dean Gardens, Chichester Harbour and Portsmouth Dockyard. Explore on foot or cycle in The South Downs National Park and Stansted Country Estate or visit the beautiful coastline, beaches, nature reserves and many surrounding historic towns and villages. Visit one of the many country pubs in the local area or pop into the nearby market town of Petersfield or cathedral city Chichester for a restaurant experience, there are many to choose from. Well behaved dogs are welcome but you must tick the appropriate box to let us know you are bringing them along. This will incur a small charge. Please also let us know if you are bringing more than one dog. The space is suitable for a maximum of two small dogs or one medium/large dog (no bigger than a Labrador). For your own comfort and to maximise your enjoyment, we do not permit more than two dogs or very large breeds. We have no doubt your four legged friend will enjoy the endless network of footpaths accessed directly from your doorstep. With regret we are unable to accommodate children under 18 . Strictly no smoking. We can provide secure storage for bicycles by prior arrangement. Guest access An electric fob to operate the gate allows you to come and go as you please. Your apartment is accessed via its own entrance. Keeper's Lodge is completely self contained with everything you need for a short break or longer holiday. We are available 24/7 should you require any advice or assistance but otherwise you can enjoy peace and privacy. Other things to note Tastefully presented with a stylish interior, the open plan living space has been carefully coordinated to ensure a comfortable stay. Should you require flexibility with your checking in/out arrangements please ask. We will do our utmost to accommodate you. Spacious parking with the added security of electric gates is provided. Please advise us if you require parking for any additional vehicles during your stay, this must be agreed prior to arrival. We are unable to supply charging for electric vehicles but can direct you to nearby facilities. We are very happy to accommodate bicycles in secure overnight storage. Notify us prior to arrival. Well behaved dogs (maximum of two)are very welcome but must be booked in in advance.(this will incur a small charge). We limit the size (no bigger than a Labrador) and number of dogs to suit the space available. Dogs are not to be left in the apartment unattended at any time. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
