Ideally, it is for one person but can host 2 people, there is a TV, wifi and all amenities. It is located in the heart of Lower East Side, a very safe neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants, museums, galleries, and boutiques. It is very well connected with the bus and subway lines. The space We are looking for a clean, considerate, and responsible person who will be respectful of our place and neighbors. We promise great time and hospitality. We are leaving for 3,5 months and subleasing our place while we are gone. Our apartment includes 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and brand new highest quality latex mattress, kitchen and living room with a new spacious sofa, Wifi–Internet and new smart TV and all utilities, access to fridge and cooking and wardrobe space. Bed linen, covers, pillows, and towels are included. The apartment is great for couples or friends looking to stay in a great area for a very reasonable price. The apartment is ideal for couples, students, or travelers who are coming to NY for temporary schooling, business trip, or vacation. It's 4 minutes walking from 2 different Metro/Subway J, F, and M lines, less than 10 minutes walking from B, D, R, W, and the 6 line and walking distance from NY University, The New Museum, and many other important places. This is a trendy neighborhood with many bars, restaurants, lounges, galleries, boutiques, and venues to visit and have fun. Guest access Guests will have access to all the areas of the apartment. Other things to note Please note that this area is very lively at night and during Saturday night you may experience heavy foot traffic. The apartment is very quiet.
