Charming vacation home in North Frisia / DK border

In the village center right at the church is a romantic vacation home. From here, the area can be explored. Only 3 km to the neighboring country Denmark with its large beaches or 10 km through the unique landscape to the North Sea into the mudflats with its tides. From there to the islands of Sylt, Föhr, Amrum... Or shortly after Flensburg, do a little shopping and visit the Baltic Sea. So we are very central for many day trips and activities. There are numerous shops in the neighboring village of Süderlügum. The space You will rent a complete house with a beautiful garden and a cozy wooden terrace surrounded by bushes and flower beds. The house has about105sqm, A total of 4 bedrooms, each with 2 sleeping options, offer enough retreat. The cozy living room has a dining table for 8 people, sofas with a coffee table, a 43-inch flat-screen TV with satellite connection and PS 3 incl. games and DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped. Coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, dishes, etc. everything available. Guest toilet on the ground floor and bathroom with large walk-in shower on the upper floor. Parking is right in front of the house. At the house there is a wallbox with charging option. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. 4 bedrooms comfortably furnished. A living room comfortably furnished with a flat-screen TV and PlayStation 3 and a fully equipped kitchen. The utility room with dishwasher and washing machine is of course a must ;-) Other things to note The city of Niebüll is about 10 km away. Here you have the opportunity to reach the island of Sylt with the Nord-Ostsee-Bahn or the DB Sylt Shuttle. In Niebüll you have many shopping opportunities, museums, cinema, indoor swimming pool, hospital, restaurants and much more.  Sylt is world-famous and the leisure opportunities on Sylt are indescribable. The beach promenade, the large shopping street with the small streets and the beach alone are super class. Sylt is easily accessible from your house. You should definitely visit Sylt! The ferry in Dagebüll takes you to the islands of Föhr, Amrum and the Halligen. There you can take beautiful bike tours or just walk along the dike and breathe in fresh North Sea air. Dagebüll is right on the North Sea and a mudflat hike is definitely something you should do.  And then on to Denmark to enjoy a soft ice cream or hot dog in the small town of Tondern. A tour of the beautiful North Sea island of Rømø is a must. There you can drive by car directly to the beach for free and enjoy the North Sea differently. Rømø is simply indescribably beautiful!
