Villa Matilde is a beautiful sea-view villa located in the village of Costa Paradiso, renowned for its unique wilderness, crystal-clear waters and pink rocks forged by the wind. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and has a unique terrace that allows you to admire the spectacular coastline from above. Also on the panoramic terrace is a private swimming pool where you can spend pleasant moments relaxing amidst the sea breeze and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. The space This villa in Costa Paradiso is located on the northern coast of Sardinia. Costa Paradiso is easily accessible by car and is situated along the scenic road that stretches from Castelsardo to Santa Teresa di Gallura. The village is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique wild nature, with stunning pink rocks shaped by the wind and crystal-clear waters. The location is very peaceful, making it ideal for families. The Mediterranean vegetation surrounding the entire area will introduce you to its natural scents of rosemary, juniper, helichrysum, and strawberry tree. Entering the house, on the right, we find a spacious and bright living-dining area with an open-plan kitchenette. Directly in front of us, there is a charming sitting area that opens onto the large terrace, where the private pool is located. The sleeping area is well-defined and offers perfect privacy from the living area, thanks to a six-step difference in level that leads to a hallway giving access to the bathroom and two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has a French door providing direct access to the outdoor terrace, enhancing maximum comfort and privacy. However, the villa can accommodate up to six people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. The property is completed by a lovely covered veranda in front of the pool, with a stunning sea view. Furnished with a table and chairs, it's the perfect spot to enjoy the first light of dawn over the sea while sipping a good coffee, or to spend relaxing moments surrounded by the peace of the Mediterranean scrub enveloping the property, breathing in the sea breeze. Other things to note Pets are welcome on request at an extra cost and subject to acceptance, provided that they are not allowed on beds and sofas and are taken outside the property to do their business. To be paid at check-in: - Tourist tax to be paid in cash on arrival according to municipal regulations. - Booking balance, if applicable Please note that the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to change depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions and approval by the owners. Extra services on request, to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival: - Linen (sheets and towels): €20.00 per person, one-off charge - Beach towels: €8.00 each, one-off charge - Pets: €100.00 each, one-off charge - Cot/crib: €50.00 each, one-off charge - High chair: £50.00 per chair, one-off charge - Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, depending on our check-in agent's schedule, the availability of the villa and cleaning procedures (therefore not at 4:00 pm sharp). - For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), there is an additional charge of €30.00. - For check-ins from 10:00 p.m. to midnight (upon request), there is an additional charge of €50.00. - In case of expected arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff and an additional fee of up to €150 will be applied. To be paid at check-out based on consumption: - Electricity €0.80/kWh WASTE DISPOSAL: Please follow the rules for separate waste collection and dispose of waste correctly as instructed at check-in, separating organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans and dry waste into separate bags and placing them in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of residual waste. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of €250.00. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €700.00 will be charged to your credit card. The amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank's processing times) at the end of your stay.
