Geinig is een heerlijk ruim appartement van circa 100 m2 verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen met eigen entree, gelegen in het idyllische Hollandse landschap aan de dijk van het Riviertje het Gein in Abcoude. Ondanks de landelijke rustige ligging is het stadshart van Amsterdam verrassend dichtbij, evenals de uitgaanscentra in Amsterdam Bijlmer; Ziggo Dome, Arena, Gaasperplas en de Heineken Music Hall (HMH) en de zakencentra zoals de Zuidas en het Amsterdam Business centrum in Amsterdam Zuidoost. The space Guests of Geinig can enjoy bustling Amsterdam to the fullest, or concentrate on their business appointments, before retiring in peace to the very comfortable apartment with a very high level of amenities. For example, you have a uniquely spacious bathroom of approx. 30 m2. In addition to a spacious walk-in shower with 7 shower heads, you have at your disposal no less than 2 baths: a 2-person bath and a 4-person jacuzzi. The toilet and bidet are separated from the bathroom. In the approx. 60 m2 living room you have access to a queen-size electrically adjustable box spring of 180x 200 cm. On the second floor, which is accessible via a loft staircase, you have access to a king-size bed of 160x 200 cm. In the apartment you do not have to be bored. Play a game of pool billiards on a real competition table, enjoy the large 55 inch flat screen smart TV or the view of the setting sun on the spacious terrace of about 8 m2 which you can enter through the glass sliding doors. In addition, the living room has a spacious dining table with very comfortable chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with; (N)espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven/microwave, toaster, induction hob and minibar/fridge. The second sleeping room is only available for a reservation of 3 or 4 people. Guest access Het appartement biedt veel privacy door een eigen ingang en u hoeft tijdens uw verblijf niets te delen met andere gasten. Het appartement is zeer geluidsarm totaal gescheiden van de woning van uw gastdame en gastheer. Het appartement is niet geschikt voor rolstoelers en de tweede verdieping is minder geschikt voor mensen met lichamelijke beperkingen. Other things to note Wanneer u met een baby of klein kind reist, laat ons dat dan alstublieft weten, dan zorgen wij dat het wiegje of kinderbedje er staat als u inchecked. Sheniva is dol op kleine kinderen! Uw waardevolle bezittingen kunt u veilig opbergen in een klus waarvan alleen u, tijdens uw, verblijf beide sleutels heeft. 1 daarvan neemt u mee en de andere bergt u op in een sleutelkluisje waarvan alleen u de cijfercombinatie kent. Tijdens het verblijf mogen alleen geregistreerde gasten zich in het appartement bevinden. Het ontvangen van bezoek is niet toegestaan.
