Geinig is a lovely spacious apartment of about 100 m2 spread over 2 floors with its own entrance, located in the idyllic Dutch landscape on the embankment of the Gein River in Abcoude. Despite the rural quiet location, the city center of Amsterdam is surprisingly close, as well as the entertainment centers in Amsterdam Bijlmer; Ziggo Dome, Arena, Gaasperplas and the Heineken Music Hall (HMH) and the business centers such as the Zuidas and the Amsterdam Business Center in Amsterdam Southeast. The space Guests of Geinig can enjoy bustling Amsterdam to the fullest, or concentrate on their business appointments, and then retreat in peace and quiet to the very comfortable apartment with a very high level of amenities. For example, you have a unique spacious bathroom of about 30 m2. In addition to a spacious walk-in shower with 7 shower heads, you have access to no less than 2 baths: A 2-person bath and a 4-person Jacuzzi. The toilet and bidet are separated from the bathroom. In the approx. 60 m2 living room, you have access to a queen size electrically adjustable box spring of 180x 200 cm. On the second floor, which is accessible via a loft staircase, you have access to a king size bed of 160x 200 cm. You won't get bored in the apartment. Play a game of pool billiards on a real competition table, enjoy the large 55-inch flat screen smart TV or the view of the setting sun on the spacious terrace of about 8 m2 which you can enter through the glass sliding door. In addition, the living room has a spacious dining table with very comfortable chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with; (N)espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven/microwave, toaster, induction hob and minibar/refrigerator. The second bedroom is only available with a reservation of 3 or 4 people. Guest access The apartment offers a lot of privacy through its own entrance, and you do not have to share anything with other guests during your stay. The apartment is very quiet, totally separated from the home of your hostess and host. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users, and the second floor is less suitable for people with physical disabilities. Other things to note If you are traveling with a baby or small child, please let us know, and we will make sure the crib or cot is there when you check in. Sheniva loves little children! You can safely store your valuables in a locker of which only you have both keys during your stay. You take 1 of them with you and the other you store in a key safe of which only you know the number combination. During the stay, only registered guests are allowed to be in the apartment. Receiving visitors is not allowed.
