Basement apartment with private entrance and bath

A private side entrance and a large basement room with two lounging couches, a leather massage chair, and a queen size bed. Cable, wi-fi, and an additional hdmi plug are provided. Also supplied is a microwave, fridge and a Keurig for your convenience. You will have a private bathroom across the hall with a walk in shower. We are located within 15 minutes of all the major arteries around Pittsburgh as well as Downtown itself. We live upstairs and respect privacy and quiet hours. The space An English Tudor built in 1935. We use the basement parlor as the bnb space. It’s perfect for the couple traveling and can fit a plus one on the couches or cot. You can access the bnb through a private basement entrance. A code lock is provided for your convenience. We live upstairs. We ask respect for quiet hours and will return the favor. Please understand that we are an active family with a child and a dog. If you are looking for 100% quiet, we are not it. We do our best to respect the peace that the space provides. To help out, we’ve supplied the bnb with a box fan and a white noise maker. Guest access Street parking is allowed and recommended. There is one parking space in the back for the bnb, however turning around can be tricky. A shared section of the basement has a washer and dryer you may use if need be during your stay. You’ll only have access to the basement, the rest of the house is locked off. You will not have access to a full kitchen. During your stay You’ll be able to come and go without having to interact with us. We are sociable and will say hi if we see you and ask if you have any needs, but we try to keep it as private as possible. Other things to note This is a very comfortable and relaxing bnb.
