The terrace of the main house, located on the ground floor, is for private use and is reserved exclusively for the owners, who live on the property. The apartment has a split air conditioner in the living-dining room area with an open kitchen. By keeping the bedroom door open, fresh air also reaches the room. The barbecue may only be used when current regulations allow outdoor fires.
