Vacation home residence by the lake

The residence by the lake, located directly (about 50 m) on the Fleesensee, offers you all the comfort you need for a wonderfully relaxing vacation on a total area of about 145 m². The space On the ground floor is the 50 sqm spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen (20 sqm). In the living room you will find, among other things, a large couch and a gas fireplace that can be controlled at the touch of a button for cozy warmth and a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. The room is also equipped with a DVD player, a hi-fi system, satellite TV. Of course, we have provided some books, DVDs and games for you for cozy evenings. The dining area has a large table and seating for 6 people. From the living-dining area you have the possibility to enter the terrace (40 sqm) through large door elements. The terrace is fully equipped with garden chairs, a table, sun loungers and a parasol. Through the balcony above you can even use the terrace during a small shower. In the garden itself, a brick barbecue is available at any time. The year-round usable and heated hot tub (37 degrees) invites you to a small bath in any weather. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster and even an egg cooker for every task. You will also find a coffee maker, as well as a fridge and freezer. The dishes are available in such a sufficient quantity that you do not have to turn on the dishwasher immediately after every meal. The bathroom (10 sqm) on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and mirror. The first bedroom (16 sqm) is on the lower floor. Here you will find a double bed, a wardrobe, a radio and a TV. In the hallway there are more storage options as well as a wardrobe. On the upper floor you will find 2 more bedrooms (16 sqm each), which are equipped like the first one, with a double bed, wardrobe, radio and a TV. One bedroom offers direct access to the balcony (12 sqm) with lake views. Of course, you will also find garden furniture, loungers and sun protection here. The bathroom (20 sqm) on the upper floor deserves the name wellness area due to its furnishings. In addition to the basic equipment (sink, shower, toilet, hairdryer, mirror), there is also a Finnish wooden sauna and a spacious corner bathtub. To make your stay a vacation where you lack (almost) nothing, we have equipped all rooms with underfloor heating and a living room ventilation system. Internet is available free of charge. Of course, the following items are also available free of charge: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, clothes rack. In front of the house, there are 2 private parking spaces.
