Vacation home residence by the lake

The residence on the lake, located directly (about 50 m) on the Fleesensee, offers you on a total area of about 145 sqm all the comfort you need for a wonderfully relaxing holiday. The space On the ground floor, the 50 sqm spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen (20 sqm). In the living room you will find, among other things, a large couch as well as a gas fireplace controllable at the touch of a button for cozy warmth and a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. Likewise, the room is equipped with a DVD player, a hi-fi system, satellite TV. Of course, we have provided some books, DVDs and games for you here for cozy evenings. The dining area has a large table and seating for 6 people. From the living-dining area you have the possibility to enter the terrace (40 square meters) through large door elements. The terrace is fully equipped with garden chairs, a table, sun loungers and a parasol. Through the balcony above, you can even use the terrace with a small shower. In the garden itself, a brick grill is available at any time. The year-round and heated hot tub (37 degrees) invites you to a small bathroom in any weather. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and even an egg cooker for every task. You will find a coffee maker as well as a fridge and freezer. The dishes are available in such a sufficient quantity that you do not have to turn on the dishwasher right after each meal. The bathroom (10sqm) on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet and a mirror. The first bedroom (16sqm) is on the lower floor. In it you will find a double bed, a wardrobe, a radio and a TV. In the hallway are more storage options as well as a wardrobe. On the upper floor you will find 2 more bedrooms (each 16 sqm), furnished as well as the first, with a double bed, wardrobe, radio and a television. One bedroom offers you direct access to the balcony (12 sqm) with lake views. Of course, you will also find garden furniture, loungers and sun protection here. The bathroom (20 sqm) on the upper floor deserves the name wellness area. In addition to the basic amenities (sink, shower, toilet, hair dryer, mirror), there is also a Finnish wooden sauna and a spacious corner bath. To make your stay a vacation where you lack (almost) nothing, we have equipped all rooms with underfloor heating as well as a living room ventilation system for you. Internet is available free of charge. Of course, the following things are also available free of charge: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, drying rack.
