Liz & Nonnis Villa is a beautiful property, in traditional Mediterranean style, located in the peaceful bay of Megalo Amoni in the Pefkali area of Sofiko in Corinthos. The property is located just 50 m from the beach, so you can nip down to the sea for a quick swim any time of the day you feel like it. In the off-season you are very likely to have the beach to yourself! The property is in a quiet, off the beaten track area, perfect for families, and ideal for day trips around the Peloponnese. The space Our Villa is located just 50 metres from the beach of Megalo Amoni in Pefkali in the Eastern Peloponnese and consists of a Mediterranean-style Main Villa and a Guest House. It can accommodate up to 8 people: 6 people in the main villa and a further 2 in the guest house (with the possibility of a further 2 children sleeping on the built-in wooden benches). Both the Villa and Guest House are fully furnished with access to a charming garden, with lemon, orange and olive trees, as well as oleanders and bougainvillea. The main house is open plan, with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dish-washer etc.), dining area and living room, with TV and fireplace. Down a small corridor is the bathroom, with a shower and a washing machine, and at the end is the master bedroom. Wooden staircases at each end of the living area lead to two loft bedrooms. The larger one has a double bed, as well as a small home office with a bookcase, PC (with Wi-Fi) and printer; the other loft is equipped with two comfortable sofa beds, ideal for children. French windows lead from the kitchen to the tiled terrace, with a dining area that runs the length of the building. Here in the evening you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, broken only by the sounds of nature. You can even prepare a meal or two using the BBQ in the garden, if you so desire. Across the terrace is a separate cosy guest house, with a living room with TV, corner fireplace, kitchenette (with fridge, microwave), a bathroom, and bedroom with double bed. There is a fish tavern just a 15 minute walk away, overlooking the bay of Megalo Amoni. Other beaches nearby include Mikro Amoni, Fragolimano and Kalogerolimano - no more than 10 minutes by car. The village of Sofiko is a 20 minute drive away, where you can purchase your everyday supplies from the local shops. The property is located in a quiet rural area, so a car is necessary. You can rent a car at, among other places, Athens International Airport or Piraeus Port.
