The space The guesthouse is a large, comfortable, light, warm, open-plan space with windows on all sides, situated adjacent to the main house inside a safe and secure gated setting. The living area encompasses a sitting room, kitchen and dining area with two separate bedrooms (1 x double bed and 2 x single beds) located via stairs on the first floor and a shower room located on the ground floor below. The sitting area has a three-seated sofa, a large armchair and a flat screen television with Netflix available. The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine (drying facilities are available on request). There is a separate dining space for 4 people (extra chairs available on site). The flat is stocked with complimentary tea, nespresso coffee plus condiments and toiletries. Hairdryer, ironing board and iron are available to use. Additional essentials can be purchased before arrival on request. The flat is a separate building adjacent to the Host's property.
