Guardian Angel Tiny House near Zion National Park

The Guardian Angel is a sleek and modern tiny with every convenience built in. Aptly named after the majestic white limestone peaks overlooking our tiny oasis. Outfitted with full size kitchen appliances and a large bathroom (bathtub/shower), an array of tall windows with a fantastic view, a cozy loft with king size bed and pull out couch, TV, wifi, hot tub, fire pit, and all the outdoor amenities to go along with it! The Guardian Angel is the perfect home for the ultimate Zion getaway. The space We like to keep the property as natural as possible, so we invite you to enjoy the tiny house and outdoor areas, but keep to the roads as much as possible when walking or driving. Our property has uninterrupted views and uncharted terrain with plants that have grown here for hundreds of years including sacred Sage. Also, please be mindful of your trash and the strong winds they can catch things easily. Our hope is to maintain the natural beauty without the use of concentrated walkways or roads. Your stay includes unlimited firewood, coffee, tea, cooking essentials, pots/pans, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide filtered reverse osmosis water in each house. The home also comes equipped with washer/dryer, laundry detergent and extra trash bags - they are found inside the trash liner but also we have to larger trash bins outside the unit, one for recycling and the other for regular trash. Please help us protect our planet and sort your trash accordingly. Please save your food scraps to feed the livestock on the property. You can leave your scraps in a baggie inside the fridge before checkout or feed the animals yourself when you visit. If you have extra food at the end of your stay please don’t throw it out - we donate all food to local families in need. Unwanted food has becomes a blessing to those less fortunate in our community. Thank you in advanced. IMPORTANT NOTE: We live on the property and work the grounds 24/7 the place is secluded enough but we see all. We have a strict no smoking, party, no pets or illegal activity policy. No loud music, noise or drumming allowed on our grounds of any kind. Guests love the silence and the seclusion our grounds offer. This place is unique- we’ve worked hard to establish the peaceful atmosphere here. FILM/COMMERCIAL USE: If you’d like to film or do a commercial photo shoot here, this requires additional fees and prior written consent. These units are our artistic creation and we want to be sure our branding aligns with yours. Rule breaking will NOT BE TOLERATED! Please respect our homes and rules - we’ve put a lot of love and intention into what we do. Guest access Guests will have access to their tiny house and the entire 75 acre property for walking or having a picnic down by the stream. You’re welcome to go past the cattle gates to see our chicken coop and other areas, but please close the gates behind you for safety. Fire pit and outdoor amenities are to be used as your own risk, we ask that you read the advisories carefully on check in instructions for safety. We do provided plenty of firewood. The unit includes a propane tanks for the BBQ grill and the grill utensils and skewers for roasting marshmallows or hotdogs are outside. IMPORTANT NOTE: We live on the property and work the grounds 24/7 the place is secluded enough but we see all. We have a strict no smoking, party, or illegal activity policy. Please respect our homes and rules - we’ve put a lot of love and intention into what we do. Other things to note Our water source comes from a natural well that does have hard minerals. It’s treated with water softener and a strong filtration system but it still doesn’t do the entire trick. The hard water may stains the appliances white and you may see a tint of yellow in the toilet after flushing and showering. Or in the hot-tub outside...It’s normal...The water can sometimes smell like sulfur too. It’s high in iron bacteria which is harmless - good for the skin but not great for the tummy. Don’t drink the water from the faucet, but we do provide a stronger filtration system - Reverse Osmosis drinking water in the kitchen. It’s the smaller spigot next to the sink and the water there is delicious! We have a strict NO SHOE, NO PETS, NO SMOKING policy, our shaggy rugs in the homes get ruined with the red dirt our property yields. Pets have no way of removing their shoes. One of our home owners has severe pet allergies and to second hand smoke. If your pet is not hypoallergenic + sheds, it poses a health risk to her. They visit the homes weekly. If we find evidence of pets or smoking inside the home without prior consent- a 500$ fine will be charged.
