Little Oak is a delightful one bedroom self contained single storey timber barn. Based on the outskirts of Cublington village with easy access to the market towns of Aylesbury 6 miles, and Leighton Buzzard 5 miles and the bustling new town of Milton Keynes 10 miles. Bicester Village retail shopping venue is only a 35 minute drive. Oxford is easily reached by car or bus from Aylesbury. Ideally located for many National Trust properties and Bletchley Park museum. The space Little Oak is a fully furnished and well equipped totally self contained barn. Set within the grounds of a working farm offering a peaceful haven in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside. Double patio doors open onto a large secluded patio area, with table and chairs, looking out onto open fields. Little Oak comprises of a double bedroom with a comfortable double bed, all linen included. A shower/wet room & toilet. The lounge / kitchen/ dining area is large and bright due to a vaulted ceiling. Sofa and single chair with a tele-vision and Dvd. The kitchen is fully equipped with new modern appliances including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Fridge, Dining table and chairs. Guest access Little Oak is completely self contained accommodation with a private patio, we share the gateway and driveway area. There is lots of public footpaths on and surrounding the farm to enjoy the countryside and walk dogs. Other things to note One friendly Non reactive Dog is welcome to come and stay with their well behaved owners, please add a pet charge to your booking request. We do have dogs ourselves and grandchildren visit a lot so please keep your dogs on a lead when on the driveway. All monies raised from visitors dogs are donated to animal charities. A starter pack of essentials is provided, for a 2-3 day stay, but longer stay guests may need to provide their own.
