Air conditioning for our visitors who like it very cool is top of the line. The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s delight with spices, paper goods, and a cappuccino machine along with a regular timer coffee machine. The 4 bedrooms are perfect for family holidays. Very large backyard with lots of seating for entertaining and relaxing with a barbecue and a tropical drink! There are 2 beach cruisers for exploring and exercise. The tennis courts are also a bonus for those tennis enthusiasts. Everything from beach towels and coolers to 5 beach umbrellas and boogy boards! Just bring your toothbrush! And if you have any down time, the TV sports package is huge. Guest access The entire house is for the guests. Also the 2 private beaches, one with kiddie equipment and the other with a snack shack, bathrooms, shower and water slide, are for our guests. There are also 3 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Other things to note The property is steps to Lido Village which boasts a movie theatre, Nobu Restaurant, coffee houses, juice bar, incredible boutiques for everyone to enjoy.... walk down the small bridge and you’ve arrived! There is also a great activities hut where you can rent paddle boards, surf boards, gondola rides, etc., located at the bottom of the bridge - a 2 minute walk from house. The variety of restaurants within walking distance is huge - from Italian to Sushi to Mexican.... on and on.
