Charming family home well equipped with garden in a quiet area near the old village of Fleury/Orne, its shops and its greenway. A bus stop right in front of our accommodation allows you to reach Caen city center or the SNCF train station in 20 minutes. By car, access to the ring road is quick, you will be in Caen in 10 minutes, in 15 minutes to the Caen Memorial, in 25-30 minutes to the landing beaches and in 30 minutes to the heart of Suisse Normande. The space Our house is 95 m2, it is functional and bright. Great for a family vacation. It is attached to another house. The garden is fenced with a swing, slide and wooden cabin for children. The house has an equipped open kitchen, dining room and cozy living room. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom: - A child's bedroom with a single bed 90 X 190 - A child's bedroom with a 85 X 160 single cabin bed - A bedroom with a double bed 160 X 200 We can provide a baby bath, changing table, portable crib and high chair. A swing and garden shed are available for children! Other things to note We have a cat, very quiet and who does not sleep in the house. There are also 2 chickens in a closed enclosure in the garden. There is no freezer, microwave or TV in our house.
