This romantic wooden house is a perfect getaway for your family who do not want to compromise on standards. Located 10 minutes by foot from child friendly beach and downtown with cafes and shops. EV charger 1 km away.The huge, sunny ground with flowers is perfect for children with a private playground, huge trampolin, swings,basketball net, soccer, sandbox, outdoor games etc. The adults can sit in the lounge area and sip a glass of rose and watch the children play. The space The sunny tranquil house with a soul from 1933 contains 5 bedrooms (all with blackout curtains) and is perfect for the large family, two families or for the generation family. You will also find one bathroom with a WC, an additional WC, kitchen, longe area with a couch , a nice wood burning stove, dining area, Toys and games for the children and TV in the livingroom. More to come, There is an enclosed back porch with an additional lounge area and a dining area. The ground is totally sealed off hence toddlers cannot escape:) Cleaning is always a top priority. Several terraces with outdoor dining opportunities and a court yard. EV charger in Liseleje downtown (1 km ) and 4 EV chargers in Frederiksværk (6km) and EV chargers in Hundested(10 km). It is not allowed to charge your EV on site by an electrical cable. Please note that some of the outdoor equipment (trampoline, swings, lounge furniture, BBQ) will not be available during the winter season (October-March ) due to weather conditions. The extra WC is closed November-March due to weather conditions. Fast Wi-fi all year round. Electricity, water and heating are included in the price. You are welcome to use the cosy fireplace and there is wood for you (the cost is DKK 75 per day, self cost price). Towels and bed linen are not included. However, you are welcome to rent a set of towels and bed linen - DKK 75 per set. Please send me a message when you make the booking and I will be happy to arrange it. Or, no later than 14 days before arrival. Please note that only non smokers are welcome- smokers please find another house. Please note that this stay is for families , friends or similar who want a nice ( mini) vacation. There is a large supermarket, Fakta, about 1500 meters from the summerhouse and a Spar in Liseleje down town (900 meters). There is a golf course 4000 meters from the house ( Asserbo golf club) and a tennis court and other sports facilities in Frederiksværk ( 6 km). Minimum stay is 3 nights, during July the minimum stay is 5-6 nights. We have got warm winter duvets for the winter season and a lighter option for summer time. Please leave the summerhouse in the same perfect condition as you found it - cleaning is expected by the guests. Check in by a key box. Check in/out time might be flexible in your favor depending on other guests. The huge Forrest is about 700 meters away and the beach is circa 900 meters away. For kids there are two nice farms with animals about 5 kms from Liseleje. One of the best playground , havtyren, is also close, about 700 meters. If you want more boutiques you could go to Frederiksværk (6km) or Hundested (10 km) . Guest access Guests will have the whole house for themselves. Other things to note The house is safe for children and the whole ground is sealed off hence toddlers cannot run away :) high chairs and other equipments are available- please let me know your needs and I will be happy to arrange it. Pets are not allowed. This is a non smoking house.
