The space Our place is comfortable and a clean, excellent location that meets your needs whether you're passing through, on business or exploring the area. This house is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the residence. The comfortable space is perfect for your stay in El Paso. The home includes a kitchen, restroom , laundry room and full size bed. 2 top stove and oven are electric plug in. The living area is equipped with smart ROKU TV loaded with your favorite streaming apps.Please park in the parking area located in back of the house as we reserve it for our guests. It provides easy access to the guesthouse front door. A lock box code included with the self check-in instructions that will allow you to gain entry. El Paso the sun city is located in a desert so we tend to have a few bug come into the house from time to time but not often .Our airbnb exterminated every 2 month and have bug spray for just in case purposed. The backyard is a shared space with the main house which is a separate Airbnb. Guest access We will send you an access code on the day of your stay, which will allow you entrance whenever you arrive. Unfortunately we wont be able to allow early check-in due to policy and liability with Airbnb. Other things to note This house is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the residence.
