Villa Terracotta was built forty years ago as a family house for the owners of the nearby ceramics factory, operating under that name on site for many years. It was decorated with tiles especially made on site to the design of the owners. In 2018 the house opened its doors to share its unique character to travelers from around the world. The Villa is rented to families & parties up to ten (10) people in four bedrooms. (2+2+2+4). The space The house operates at two levels. It includes a kitchen/dining room, and a large, tile paved, sitting/dining/living room (& a WC/bathroom) at GF level and three bedrooms (1,2 &3) and two bathrooms, one of them en suite to Bedroom 1, at first floor level. The decoration of the house comprises of antique furniture and works of art which are the property of the host. The kitchen is equipped with all the facilities for self-catering holidays, including microwave, refrigerator, electric cooker, toaster, electric kettle, an espresso machine and a separate dining table. A TV set is available in the sitting room and a Hi - Fi system is available in the living room. The sitting and dinning sit up to ten. Bedroom 1 has one King size bed, a small study, air conditioning and space (upon request) for one single sofa bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds - combined if necessary. Bedroom 3 has one double bed. A TV set is available in every bedroom. Guest access The private veranda offers a space for relaxing and dinning having as a background the most breathtaking views of the gulf of Itea and the olive valley. Other things to note Outdoor pool: The pool is currently under reconstruction. When finished it will be heated and in function from June to October. Suitability: Wheelchair accessible – Not fully.
