Cottage in a village, by the country.

The cottage Marquise is an independent house in a small village in the middle of the countryside. Ecology and living close to nature are part of our lives. We have obtained the "go green" label from Clévacances. The house is warm and comfortable, with all modern comforts (internet, dishwasher, induction hob etc...). Classified 4 *. ATTENTION: French school holidays = arrival on Saturday and weekly or fortnight rental only. Thank you! The space The house is independent and has a garden and two terraces, one covered. On the ground floor you will find a well equipped kitchen, open to the living room for more conviviality. A beautiful earthenware stove warms the house during cold periods. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with the washing machine and a sink and separate toilet. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet. For the reception of children, the cottage has a small bed and we can provide you with the childcare equipment you need. Pets are welcome on request and with a small fee. Guest access You have the full accommodation. Other things to note During French school holidays, we rent only by the week, or fortnight from Saturday to Saturday. We ask you for a deposit of € 300, to be paid in cash on arrival and which is returned to you at the time of your departure, after the inventory of the house.
