Ground floor includes 1 double-bed bedroom (mountain view), living room with fireplace (sea view), kitchen and bathroom. 1st Floor includes 2 double-bed bedrooms (1 with mountain and the other with sea view) and 1 bathroom. 1 more single bed is included in the attic, which has a magnificent sea view. All bedrooms and the living room have balconies, while there is also a big terrace on the 1st floor. At the back of the house there is a spacey garden with sea view and a big barbecue. The garden also includes an outdoor dining table. A lot of home appliances can be used by the guests (i.e. refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc.). In the outdoor area, guests can use: - Outdoor dining table with 6 chairs in the garden (sea view) - Movable kids' basketball hoop on adjustable stand in the garden - Outdoor coffee table with 2 chairs in the front yard Guest access Guests have access to the complete house, including the garden and the barbecue. Other things to note The villa also has a separate 50 sq.m. apartment with an independent entrance from the garden. This apartment is used by the owner when he resides in the villa.
