The family-run business is looking forward to welcoming you as our guests. All our facilities (Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna, Gym) are 100% private and just for you. The space The electricity costs for the stay are to be paid by the guest. These are based on current electricity prices and will be billed at the end of your stay. (usually between 20 - 80€/day, depends on season and usage.) This unique house boasts 300 square metres designed with much love for details including sauna facilities, jacuzzi, pool and gym. There are four bedrooms as well as four bathrooms and even five showers. Furthermore, there is an extraordinary relaxation room offering splendid views of Graz and the southern Alpine region. High-quality architecture has top priority with us. All our guests so far agree that we have “the most beautiful sauna in the surroundings of Graz. In addition to spa pleasures, fitness and relaxation, all nature fans will love the feeling of being surrounded by nature and green landscape. There are no neighbours or any disturbing traffic. The feeling of unlimited space is what best describes the surrounding landscape. On top of that, the hill in front of the house facing south is home to our two alpacas and nine sheep. Our chalet is also home to two Norwegian forest cats. If you are allergic to cats, they will stay at our grandmother’s place in the neighbouring house.
