Walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions, or step outside to nearby hiking trails. Less than 25 minutes from ski resorts like Killington, it’s ideal year-round. Perfect for families, couples, and solo travelers, this home offers a rare blend of privacy, comfort, and village access. Perfect for relaxing and experiencing the Green Mountain State. The space Spacious home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the acclaimed Woodstock Village. A short (less than 10-minute) walk to top restaurants, shops, grocery stores, spa, tennis, Billings Farm, golf, swimming holes — you name it! Bike and hiking trails are located right outside the front door. Plenty of sunlight shines through every window of this home. This is a 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. 1st Floor Open layout living and dining room connected to a fully stocked kitchen and breakfast nook. There is a 1/2 bath with a washer and dryer located off of the dining room. The living room has a smart TV, and strong WiFi is available throughout the home. Access to the back deck is off the living room; this space is ready for lounging and cookouts, with comfortable deck furniture and a grill. A great place to enjoy happy hour sunsets! 2nd Floor The primary bedroom has a queen bed along with a private en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (double on the bottom, twin on the top), while the third bedroom has two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom in the 2nd-floor hallway. There is also a twin-sized daybed located in the upstairs hallway. Plenty of closet space throughout. *Our cleaning staff thoroughly cleans all surfaces throughout the house after each stay, including washing all linens, blankets, and towels. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home and the outdoor yard. Walking, biking, and driving are all great ways to access the Village and surrounding neighborhood amenities. If you choose to drive, there is typically ample parking available in the Village Center. Other things to note The home is located on a private driveway that provides access to two other residences. There is parking space for 2 cars in the carport. The home is connected to a second house by a large shed; however, this is a completely separate property. There are no shared spaces between the homes. In the summer months, we provide window unit air conditioning (there is no central AC). However, opening the windows often allows for a pleasant natural breeze throughout the home. We allow one small dog (under 30 lbs). Pets must be fully house-trained.
