Steps away from Parliament Hill, Shaw Centre, Byward Market, Rideau Shopping Centre, Ottawa's top restaurants and entertainment... you are in the center of it all! Inside you will find floor-to-ceiling windows, granite countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and equipped with all the amenities you will need for your stay. The space The unit can accommodate up to 6 guests, but please note that what you see in the pictures is what is available. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen island and no dining table. Additionally, there is only 1 sofa in the unit. ￫ 3 bedrooms, 1 bath ￫ 2 queen size beds, 1 double size bed ￫ High speed internet ￫ Smart TV ￫ In-suite laundry ￫ Parking included *We do not provide face cloths, wash cloths, oil, salt, or pepper. *While we do not offer Tassimo coffee pods for the coffee machine, but you can easily find them at any grocery store. Additionally, there are Starbucks and Happy Goat Coffee locations within walking distance. *We do not refill consumables for long-term stays (over 30 days). *There will be a reasonable amount of noises from other units. If you don’t mind hearing muffled sounds and movements at times then you are more than welcome to book :) *Please be aware that there's a kindergarten behind us, which can be noisy during recess and lunch breaks. Guest access There is no access restriction inside the unit. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED! GUEST WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND! There are security cameras on the property. It is located at the front entrance and stairways. *Designated parking is 100m away from the listing.
