The space The house is 20 meters from the beach. It has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a TV set. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units. There is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Once a week the apartments get cleaned and all bed linen and towels are changed.The cleanliness can be varied if requested by the guest Price: depending on length of stay Local amenities: within walking distance there are two tavernas and one mini-markets. Further along the beach there are more tavernas and one pottery . The local bus stop and car park is a short 300m walk away. Vathy itself is a car/motorcycle free zone. The main attraction is a little church built on the beach. There is a walking trail (one of several on the island), which connects Vathy village to Apollonia, the capital of the island, ( a 7 km drive away). Kamares, the main port, is a 15 km drive away. There is a bus service connecting the port in Kamares and Vathy , as well as taxis. Vathy is a peaceful, motor vehicle free seaside location, ideal for a seaside carefree holiday. The ideal period to visit Vathy is from the beginning of May until the end of October. In high season (mid July to the end of August) it is still beautiful, but quite busy. Guest access Τhe visitor has direct access to the beach,only 20 metres away. The village has 6 taverns, one mini market, two cafeterias and a bacery. Other things to note From Vathy you have the possibility to start many routes on the famous paths of the island. You can also take speed boat trips to the surrounding beaches or even visit the nearby islands. It is very interesting to visit one of the oldest pottery workshops and if you want to take pottery lessons. This tranquil house is clean and simple with all the comforts you may need.
