The original antique fine furniture that has been passed trough generations, historic maps, paintings and chandeliers will transport you to another era with the comfort of modern times like en suite bathrooms, hot water, wifi, modern mattresses and duvets etc. Spaces are very large and the house adapts to a variety of needs, from a romantic marriage ceremony or couples retreat to a family adventure weekend. *U$25 per person per night after 16 guests, maximum capacity 25 guests upon special arrangements Guest access Guests have access to all of the property. There is a wide variety of extra cost activities masterfully handled by local entrepreneurs. KAYAKING* The house is located very close to the Cucunubá and Palacios Lagoons. Their wetlands are the perfect place for easy going kayaking and nature contemplation BIKING* There are several bicycles for rent that you can use in a large variety of adventures, from an easy going backroad trip to a demanding mountain bike trail OTHER ADVENTURES* High ropes are available for guided use with all security measures. Mountain exploration including visits to cave paintings and rock climbing are also available. For the less adventurous we can arrange to visit cow milking, sheep shearing or different crops like strawberries and blueberries. CATERING* We can arrange for full catering plans or just breakfast, a picnic or barbecue, even to buy all your groceries for you at the town *At an extra cost and depending on availability. Please contact us for more information. Other things to note U$25 per person per night after 16 guests, maximum capacity 25 guests House maids charge 100.000 pesos per day. There will be one maid if for up to 8 guests, two maids for up to 16 guests and 3 for larger groups. They will pamper you, clean and cook. For an additional fee of 55,000$ daily, Guillermo may help you lighting the fire place, running errands, preparing the BBq. etc. After 7pm, a surcharge may apply. Pets are allowed with previous authorization for a fee of additional 50 USD per pet. * You are responsible for your groceries. It is a custom in our country that Maids WONT bring their own food and cook separately so don't forget to bring enough for them too. Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly. When you come with a pet, it must registered in the reservation and the system automatically adds the charge (U$50 per pet) before the reservation.
