Completely self-contained ground floor holiday casita, forming part of a large old cortijo, set on a small private road with 4 houses. The house is set amongst trees and has wonderful sea views from the large sunbathing terrace on the roof. Guests also have the use of a large barbecue area on the first floor of the property. It is within walking distance of Mojacar beach and a 5 minute drive from the historic Mojacar Pueblo dating back to the fifteenth century. A new Aldi is also only a ten minute walk away. Both the beach and the village offer lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The living area has a sofa bed and French windows lead outside. There is a large double bedroom with ensuite and a small kitchenette, with large fridge/freezer, small oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc. Guests are very welcome to have private use of the larger terrace, on the second floor. There is A/C provided and Wifi. Suitable for two adults over 25 or a young family.
