The space Villa Veranda Piau is just 300 meters from the beautiful Foxi Murdegu beach, which can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes, and is the ideal solution for families or groups of friends who want to experience a holiday immersed in the nature of Ogliastra, far from the chaos and very close to the crystal-clear sea. The house, arranged on one level, has 3 bedrooms: one double and two with single beds (modular if necessary), and can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are bright and have windows overlooking the greenery of the large surrounding garden. The sleeping area is completed by two windowed bathrooms, both with showers, recently renovated. The kitchen, cozy and fully equipped, is equipped with all the essential appliances to feel truly at home: oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, utensils and dishes in abundance. It is directly connected to a large living room with an indoor dining area, fireplace, and satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. During the summer, the real star is the large covered outdoor veranda of over 150 square meters: the ideal space for slow breakfasts, lunches with friends, and dinners at sunset overlooking the sea. The brick barbecue and the long table make this corner perfect for convivial moments. The garden surrounding the house is vast (about one hectare), completely fenced and suitable for both children's play and adults' relaxation. Inside, there is also a private parking lot with enough space for several vehicles. The laundry area is located on the lower floor and is complete with a washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron. Each room of the villa is air-conditioned with an adjustable centralized system, to ensure maximum comfort in every season. Veranda Piau is the ideal place for those looking for tranquility, nature, and the sea within walking distance, in one of the most authentic and unspoiled areas of eastern Sardinia. The nearest hospital is in Lanusei, about 30 minutes away. In the nearby Marina di Tertenia, on the other hand, there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, dinghy rental services, a small marina and a camper area. A few rules to keep in mind: smoking is not allowed inside the house. The municipality of Tertenia requires the separate collection of waste: guests are required to comply with the instructions for disposal and use the ecological island located not far from the villa.
