Weekend House

The house is located in a quiet village and in a cul de sac. You can enjoy a pleasant stay without city distractions. Outside there is a covered and lighted porch with a grill and smoker, which all located in a fenced yard, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while roasting sausages or grilling meat. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor. The space The house is located in a quiet village about 10 km from the city of Hradec Kralove. Many cars do not travel through this village, so you can enjoy a pleasant visit without the disturbances of the city or others watching you in the yard. :-) With a large group of guests, individuals should try not use “too much” water since water is heated through a boiler or you can use the fireplace to warm the water. In winter the source of heat is the fireplace, and if you want to stay warm then you must add wood to the fire approximately every 3 hours, but it is up to you. :-)
