Hot tub is in its own room with large sliders that open to the fresh outdoor air and view! Bedrooms are located on other side of house. Great place for family and friends to gather! The bedrooms are separate from living rooms, dining area and kitchen. So that makes it nice for people that want to turn in early and others that want to stay up late! There are fans in all the bedrooms and there is an air conditioner in dining/kitchen area during summer months. Bring your own charcoal and fire up the grill!
