The Ruby Cottage

Enjoy your holiday in Kefalonia staying at this beautiful and cozy house! The Ruby Cottage is located in Chaliotata, a small quiet village 6 km away from Sami, on the green mountain foot. The house of 72m2 was built in 2012 and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. All visitors find it a very relaxing, pleasant and comfortable place, so you can be sure to enjoy a peaceful stay there for your holiday. The space The Ruby Cottage is placed in tranquil surroundings, with only the company of birds chirping and flying in the garden. You can enjoy your coffee/drink on the front balcony which offers a panoramic view of the sea and mountains, or feel the light morning breeze while having breakfast at the back terrace. You can even gaze at the sea while resting at the convenient living room! The main bedroom has a large double bed (1,60m). The 2nd bedroom has a couch that turns to a smaller double bed (1,40m). There is also a couch in the living room that can be used as a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides a large dinner table. A home multi gym placed at the basement can be used if requested. Wi-Fi connection is available in the premises. Guest access The house is conveniently located only a 7΄ drive away from the town of Sami, where you can do your shopping, take a walk by the seafront or enjoy the local food and night life. You also have easy and quick access to beaches and the local sights. As Chaliotata is located at the center of Kefalonia, it will be easy for you to travel all around the island, organizing daily excursions to the north, the south or the west. Other things to note A car is necessary as Chaliotata is 6 km from Sami. The house is perfect for a 4 member family as the 2nd room is smaller than the 1st, but it is also suitable for 4 adults. There is a strong air-conditioning unit in the living room, enough to chill all three rooms. However, the mountain breeze usually keeps the place cool from evening till morning.
