The condo is located near the city line of Bristol across from Mama Lukes's, 2 mins away from Wal-mart, ShopRite & Panera Bread and with easy access to I-84 and Rt. 6. All snow and lawn care is taken care of by management. You also have your own bathroom. Includes in-unit washer/dryer, private back porch, balcony and a reserved parking space. No Smoking or Pets. Guests have access to the kitchen, living room and patio area. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. Guests can access to all common areas of the condo. Farmington is a very quite neighborhood, located near Bristol, there is a Wal-Mart less than a mile away and there are several plazas with popular food chains and grocery stores. Farmington is also about 15 minutes from West Hartford, where you can find West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square. Best way to get around is with your own car or Uber. There is free parking in the complex. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
