Vacation in the former wine farmhouse - in a central location right at the entrance to the old town of Ruster, with excellent infrastructure. The accommodation is an attic room overlooking the stork's nest. CHILD DISCOUNT: For guests with children, a reduction of the specified price is offered. You will receive a corresponding change request after booking. The space Our spacious, cozy attic room is furnished as a small apartment. It has its own entrance, bathroom with shower + toilet, small kitchenette with mini stove and fridge (no sink), wooden floor and ceiling, in the back (kitchen) area stone tiles. The style is simple, somewhat puritanical. The windows are courtyard-side and offer a direct view of our stork's nest, which is inhabited from April to August. Blackout blinds and fly screens are available on the room windows. Guest access The in-house courtyard with swing and folding tables and benches can be used. Also to park bicycles and to smoke. Other things to note Some (important) notes: * For people with limited mobility: The property can only be reached via stairs (16 steps). * For tall people: Ceiling height 1.95 (bath, beams) - 2.20 m. * for summer resistance: Due to the location under the roof, it can get quite warm. We recommend darkening the windows during the day and opening them at night to ventilate.
