The space The 70m² apartment with its own terrace is located on the property of the landlord and stretches over two floors. In the basement there is a room that is open to the hallway and in which the pantry kitchen and the dining area are integrated as well as the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hot plates, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and the bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Upstairs is the living room with couch, radio and flat screen TV and the two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. In one bedroom there is an additional single bed. On the property, not only the car can be parked, but also grilled on the terrace and played in the garden. Very close and yet very far.
