The villa Bord de Mer Piscine is located in Plouha and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning and towels. Other things to note This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area featuring a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue. This property offers access to a shared fenced pool. The villa is located close to the beach. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Please note that there is a mowing robot in the garden, so it is recommended that pets be supervised in the garden. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to empty the dishwasher and put away the dishes in the kitchen prior to departure.
