3-room apartment, suitable for families, groups

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The town center is about 10 minutes' walk. There you will find a shopping center with shops such as C &A, KIK, Depot, Deichmann, REWE, Aldi, various restaurants, beer garden, etc. Übach-Palenberg has a very good highway connection, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, and a train station, which can be reached in about 10-minute walk to the train station. In the immediate vicinity, a local recreation area invites you to take relaxing walks. The space The energy prices for gas and electricity have risen extremely in Germany and will probably continue to rise. We hosts are likely to receive very, very high additional payments this time, as in the past. However, I would like to continue to offer the living space as cheaply as possible, and I personally also use electricity and heating sparingly. Therefore, I ask you not to unnecessarily leave the light on, or to turn on the heating and at the same time open the windows, or leave them open when leaving the house. Since the guests are usually adults, I am reluctant to hang up notes in every room explaining how to save energy. Likewise, I don't want to wear my mouth out with explanations that EVERYONE should pay attention to saving energy. The extended cleaning or hygiene guidelines due to Covid 19 are observed. In order not to endanger any other residents of the house, or myself, a proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test from an official test center is important to me. Corona makes it difficult for all of us and I hope for your understanding. The house from 1900 has been completely renovated from the inside and the facade has been partially modernized from the outside. The outdoor facilities were to be completed and the basement was to be modernized. However, due to the circumstances with the coronavirus, I have only partially succeeded. In the garden, a log cabin is provided for smokers. The apartment of about 65 square meters is on the 2nd floor of the two-family house. Parking should be available right in front of the house, but unfortunately not everyone always adheres to the parking regulations. However, if necessary, parking is sufficiently available within a maximum of 250 meters. The entrance of the house is reached via 7 steps. In the entrance area of the house there are 3 more steps. A staircase leads to the 2nd floor. You can also access the kitchen area via 2 steps. The living areas are optimally connected and create a feeling of spaciousness. Supplies: Living room/bedroom with sofa bed for max. 2 people, separate bedroom with double bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, bedroom with additional TV, bed 1.00 m x 2.00 m which can be folded out to a bed of 2.00 x 2.00 m. A comfortable travel bed 0.90 x 2.00 with a thick mattress is also available, so that a 7th person could also be accommodated. Shower bath with toilet, vanity Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Toaster, etc. Seating, table with 3 normal chairs + 1 folding chair in the kitchen. Deep fryer, smoothie maker, blender, iron, ironing board are available on the first floor. The windows are to be darkened with roller blinds Satellite system, Wi-Fi Fresh towels and bed linens are provided upon request. The cleaning of the apartment by me, for a longer stay, is possible for a fee. For laundry drying, clothes racks are available in the basement. In fine weather, the laundry can be dried in the garden. The living rooms are NOT to be used for this purpose. I go to great lengths to hand over the apartment hygienically and cleanly to the next guests. For this reason, I ask that you as guests leave the apartment almost in the condition as you would like to find it as a guest. Furniture and furnishings that were damaged the day before are not to be replaced promptly if, for example, a new guest arrives the same day or the next day. But here, too, I make every effort to ensure that you have impeccable furniture at your disposal. I think that the furniture is not NEW for every guest and has signs of wear, which goes without saying. If windows are open when no one is in the house and a break-in occurs, this is not insured and I am forced to charge the guest for the damage incurred. If anything bothers you, is missing or you otherwise have a concern during your stay, I am always available to you.
