The beautifully landscaped grounds feature a garden, a lovely terrace, and a private pool. An external staircase leads to the entrance on the first floor, which opens directly into the open-plan living and dining area, including the American-style kitchen. All three bedrooms are furnished with double beds and each has an en-suite bathroom, some of which are fully integrated into the bathroom design. The ground floor is unoccupied and locked. Finca Can Batlet is a beautifully renovated and newly furnished finca. A long, covered terrace near the pool offers a lovely barbecue and dining area. The 9 x 4 meter pool is heart-shaped and partially borders a beautiful lawn. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with set operating hours: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM, sensor-controlled.
