Brand new house of 90 sqm with modern amenities in old style with fantastic sea views and large terrace facing the sea. The house has a kitchen, living room with fireplace, toilet with shower and one bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a living room. From all the rooms in the house, you can see the sea. You can reach the Kungsparken swimming area in a 5-minute walk. There is a shallow beach suitable for small children and a jetty suitable for older children and adults. You can reach the small community of Ljungskile in 5 minutes by car.
