My 1967 vintage Mid Century home is a one level gem set at the end of a cup-de-sac and quiet city easement. If you want to feel warm sand under your feet or swim with the fish in the Gulf of Mexico, our private neighbourhood beach is a three minute walk away. Golden Beach Community Beach has the most stunning sunsets in all of Florida! When you return, shower off the white sand in the outdoor shower and settle down in the cool back yard with a good book. There are beach toys for children. The expansive single car garage houses a new washer and dryer. Extra cars may park on the wide paved driveway, and there is also street parking.
